All Brooklyn Bedding mattresses and mattress toppers are proudly custom crafted in Phoenix, Arizona. Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, some of our sleep products may take longer than usual to produce. In addition, several carriers are experiencing delays in pick-up and shipping. We will send you a follow-up email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received a shipping notification after 7 business days.
Please also note that receiving a tracking number indicates your purchase is in transit. Due to overwhelming transportation demands, arrival times may vary. Once your package has left our facility, you can check the status of your package by viewing the tracking information online, or contacting the carrier directly with questions or concerns.
